Pickup from your hotel. Head to the jetty for a 40 minutes speedboat to Selingan Island. Registration to the park headquarters upon arrival and check-in. Lunch at 12:00, after that, you are free to for the afternoon to swim, snorkel or wander around the island.
After dinner, we will wait for call from the park ranger for turtle watching at the beach. You will see the collection process as well as the planting of eggs in the hatchery. Overnight in Twin-Share room.

Scheduled experience
After an early breakfast, board the boat for the transfer back to Sandakan. Head to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre. There, you'll be treated to an enlightening video show about the conservation efforts done at the centre. Enjoy a ten-minute walk in the midst of the rainforest and witness the feeding of orangutans at the feeding platform before observing them over at the outdoor nursery. After, head to the Sun Bear Conservation Centre next door after to learn more about the smallest bears in the world.
After lunch, depart for an estimated 2 hours boat journey to Sukau Village. Enjoy an evening river cruise in search of Borneo's wildlife and birds.

Wake up as early as 0600hrs for the morning river cruise up the Kinabatangan River to Kelenanap oxbow lake to view more birds and wildlife. Return to the lodge for breakfast. In the afternoon, proceed for another river cruise for more wildlife.

Depart early from Sukau to Lahad Datu and subsequently to Danum Valley. This journey will cover an approximately 83km. Arrive and check-in to the Borneo Rainforest Lodge.
In the afternoon, depart for a guided walk on a nature trail (400 m boardwalk circuit) and the 300 m canopy walkway. In the evening, have dinner at the lodge. If weather permits, go for a night drive in search of nocturnal animals.

After breakfast, proceed for a trek along the “Coffin Trail” that leads to an ancient Kadazan-Dusun burial site. It’s a 3 km return trip, involving a 40-minute climb to a magnificent lookout point. Return to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, hike the Segama Trail and East Trail in search of wildlife before returning to the Lodge. After dinner, depart for a night walk in search of nocturnal creatures. Overnight at Borneo Rainforest Lodge.
